About April

The selection of a real estate broker is a significant factor in maximizing the success of your transactions. This requires someone that can connect with clients, understand their wishes and respond effectively to provide the very best options obtainable. This type of service requires not only experience and principles but also an intimate knowledge of the community and the region. April Williams grew up in an oceanfront beach house at Carolina Beach, NC and she still loves living at the beach.   April graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University. An agent since 1996, she has a strong bond to economic development, and recycling by redevelopment. April worked with several municipalities throughout North Carolina, including the City of Wilmington as Housing Development Coordinator, responsible for addressing and monitoring housing code violations in the City. In November of 2009, April received her EcoBroker® certification. As an EcoBroker® designated agent, she received additional training on energy and environmental issues that relate to real estate transactions.  April Williams has an excellent understanding of what it is that makes the Cape Fear Coast so attractive to both local residents and investors, and will bring all her resources to the benefit of her clients for greatest effect.
